What you will Learn in Reiki First Degree Course:

• You will get an up to date information on the theory and background of Reiki. 
• You will learn the technique of treating yourself and others.
• You will receive Reiki First Degree Attunement from Reiki Grand Master Sudhir Damania. The Reiki Attunement gives you a permanent ability to work with Reiki. It opens up the channels of Reiki energy within your body.
• You will learn exercises and meditations that will help you sense and increase the flow of Reiki Energy. You can practice these meditations anytime you want to strengthen your Reiki ability.
• You will learn to use intention and visualization for treating self and others
• You'll understand the process of scanning the aura a person and finding areas of depleted energy that you can then heal with Reiki Energy.
• You develop the ability to notice areas that need attention while treating others
• You'll grasp the standard hand positions as well as receive tips on how to work more intuitively with Reiki.

Ongoing Support:
You will get a manual so you dont need to take any notes, just relax and enjoy learning Reiki. After course completion you can keep in touch with your Reiki Master to get answers to your questions, share experiences, get updated of future events like Reiki Get-Togethers, Reiki Treatment Sessions, etc. As you continue to participate in Reiki events you will meet and interact with like minded people and you will learn more from their experiences, ideas and insights.

Reiki Training in Mumbai, India.
